• Facilitate bookings or payments outside the platform to avoid service fees
• Create fake braider profiles, fake reviews, or false service listings
• Impersonate another braider, client, or member of the Regalo team
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate any user of the platform
• Upload offensive, sexually explicit, or discriminatory content
• Attempt to access or scrape data belonging to other users
• Use automated bots or scripts to interact with the platform
• Engage in any activity that disrupts the platform's functionality or security
• Violate any applicable local or national laws or regulations

Content Standards

All content uploaded to Regalo — including profile photos, portfolio images, and service descriptions — must:

• Be accurate and genuinely represent your services or identity
• Not infringe the copyright or trademark of any third party
• Be appropriate for a professional beauty marketplace
• Not contain hidden advertising or referral schemes
• Respect the privacy and image rights of individuals shown

Account Security

To maintain the security of your account and the wider platform, you must:

• Use a strong, unique password and not share it with anyone
• Not allow others to access your account on your behalf
• Report any suspected unauthorised access immediately
• Not attempt to probe or exploit any security vulnerabilities in the platform

Consequences of Violations

Violations of this policy may result in:

• Removal of offending content without notice
• A formal warning added to your account record
• Temporary suspension of booking or listing privileges
• Permanent account termination
• Referral to law enforcement where appropriate

Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this policy, please report it to abuse@regalo.ng. We take all reports seriously and investigate promptly. Enforcement decisions are made at the sole discretion of the Regalo admin team.
